How elements of production might affect audiences interpretation of scene and character
One way in which an element of production could alter the audiences interpretation, is through the use of body language from the characters, for example if characters where physically interacting with one another whilst speaking, for instance Celia and Rosalind were laid down holding one an other showing affection. This portrays them as more familiar and more intimate...where as in another version of the play the two are presented as more distanced from one an other as they are stood walking next to each other with no physical contact, furthermore demonstrating a more formal, easy going relationship between the two.
